Terms and conditions

A deposit is required to secure each reservation. For all bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation/site tariff must be paid at the time of making the reservation. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit. We accept Visa and MasterCard for online and phone bookings. If a deposit is not paid by the required date, your reservation may be cancelled.

Long-term accommodation only: 

A security deposit of $200 is required upon arrival. The deposit is refundable when vacating the cabin provided that:

• The cabin is left in a clean, tidy condition. All rubbish must be removed and placed in the bin outside the cabin.
• All dishes and pots must be washed and food items removed from the fridge/freezer.
• There is no damage done to the cabin nor items stolen.
